Agent Brokerage Comparison Calculator
What is this?
This is a take-home pay calculator, not a sign-up form. Nothing you type here is saved or sent to anyone. Enter your production and what your current brokerage charges you, and it shows how much of your commission you'd keep there compared with Real Broker. It takes about five minutes.
Presented by Courtney Benson | Real Broker, LLC. Estimated commission economics, October 2026 model.
Every result here is an estimate, not a guarantee. Calculations are deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
1. Agent and production
Start with who you are comparing and the production numbers for a typical year. Volumes should be closed transaction sides.
Volumes represent closed transaction sides. Deal count = volume divided by average price, rounded. The commission rate applies equally to both brokerages. Team splits are modeled as a flat percentage of GCI; enter 100% for independent agents. For different buyer/listing splits, calculate a weighted effective team share.
2. Current brokerage costs
Enter what your current brokerage actually charges you. If a field does not apply, leave it at 0.
If the current brokerage uses an unusual cap, split, or fee order, validate the resulting estimate against the agent's commission statements.
3. Real plan and optional opportunities
Revenue share estimate assumes directly sponsored agents on the $12K cap only, subject to eligibility, payments, and program rules. No team-leader commission income is projected because member production and split details are not provided. Stock is never included in cash take-home.

4. Agent attraction opportunity (optional)
Thinking about joining Real? How many agents do you realistically think might join with you? Add each prospective agent's estimated annual production below. Only count agents you would personally sponsor, and remember that joining Real does not automatically mean an agent will qualify for revenue share.
Illustrative Tier 1 model only: up to 5% of qualifying sponsored-agent GCI, with a maximum of $4,000 per qualifying agent per year on a $12,000 cap. $4,000 is a ceiling, not an automatic payment for joining or capping. Actual revenue share depends on qualifying activity, program rules, sponsor eligibility, and payment timing. Estimates exclude taxes and assume a $175 annual program fee and 1.2% payment processing.
Separate agent attraction estimate
Optional. Add prospective agents above to calculate a separate illustrative revenue share projection.
Open to a sponsorship conversation?
At Real, your sponsor is the agent who brings you in. Sponsorship isn't mentorship, but your sponsor will be there to guide you, so choose yours carefully.
